Epagad International Services Limited (EISL) was first
incorporated as a business enterprise dated Friday, October
28, 2011 as Epagad Nigeria with headquarters in Port
Harcourt, Rivers State.
On the 6th of July, 2023 the company became incorporated
a s a l imi t e d l i a b i l i t y c omp a n y i n N i g e r i a a n d
metamorphosed into Epagad International Services Limited
with the corporate head office located on No 39, Itesiwaju
Estate, Kampala area, Akobo, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.
The company initially commenced operation as an Information Technology firm specialized in providing facility management software for estate management firms and owners of multitenant facilities, and solving ICT related problems for both corporate and private individuals including oil and gas companies in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and the neighbouring states.
The company expanded her services by providing solutions to various core engineering related problems especially in power systems, renewable energy and metering. All efforts are ongoing to be licensed in Nigeria to manufacture, install and maintain prepaid metering systems. Today, the scope and the capacity of company are enlarged as well as the coverage areas. EISL is now well positioned in metering and automation solutions, and in power sector setting pace at all times and playing a leading role. So, we stand as one stop station for engineering and technical services, procurement and supplies, project management, and consultancy services.
Over the years, we have built a team of highly skilled manpower and professionals with core competences that handle every stage of our projects. Besides, we have established strong partnerships and collaborations with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and suppliers both within and outside the country. Yet, we do not relent in our efforts at initiating other relationships that works.

establishments in Oyo, Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Rivers, Niger States, and FCT with great potentials for
